Kristen Bush is a board-certified Physician Assistant practicing in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She has a special interest in skin cancer detection, education, and treatment. Kristen graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in 2011. She was awarded the Weaver-James-Corrigan postgraduate scholarship and continued to Wake Forest School of Medicine where she graduated with her Master of Medical Science in 2014.
Kristen has worked as a Dermatology Physician Assistant since 2016 and has extensive surgical dermatology experience. She values providing personalized care to patients of all ages to meet their skincare needs. She is a SDPA Diplomate Fellow and stays up to date with current advances in the field of dermatology. Kristen is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the state of North Carolina. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the North Carolina Dermatology Association.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her husband and two children. Her hobbies include photography, travel, athletics, and home improvement projects.
