Sarah Nobles, MSN, FNP-C, brings over 18 years of diverse nursing experience to our practice, with a focus on acute care, wellness exams, chronic disease management, and patient education. Sarah’s clinical expertise extends to Botox® and dermal filler administration, empowering patients to look and feel their best.

Her nursing journey has included roles in neonatal intensive care, school nursing, and clinical coordination, where she honed her skills in family education, chronic disease management, and patient advocacy. Sarah’s commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care has earned her recognition as one of Gaston County’s Top 3 Nurses in 2021.

Sarah previously served on the Board of Directors for Piedmont Community Charter School, where she contributed to the advancement of educational initiatives. When she’s not caring for patients, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and promoting wellness in her personal life.
