Sarah Nobles, MSN, FNP-C, brings over 18 years of diverse nursing experience to our practice, including specialized expertise in dermatology. With experience in dermatology, Sarah has focused on diagnosing and treating various skin conditions, managing chronic diseases, and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. She is also skilled in Botox® and dermal filler administration, helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results.

Prior to joining our team, Sarah worked in dermatology, where she specialized in improving patient outcomes through personalized care, patient education, and collaborative treatment approaches. Her background in acute care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management has shaped her ability to provide comprehensive skin health solutions.

Sarah was recognized as one of Gaston County’s Top 3 Nurses in 2021 for her dedication to patient care. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Piedmont Community Charter School, demonstrating her commitment to community involvement and leadership.

When she’s not caring for patients, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and promoting wellness in her personal life. She is excited to bring her dermatology expertise, compassionate care, and patient-focused approach to our practice.
