Zachary Greer is a board-certified physician assistant practicing all aspects of general dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, as well as treating acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, hidradenitis suppurativa, and other skin conditions. He believes that an essential part of medicine is a strong patient-provider relationship, patient education, and a patient-first approach in everything he and his team do.

Born and raised in the Hickory area, he is grateful to serve and help the people of his community. He lives in the area with his beautiful wife, Emily, and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, competing in CrossFit, coaching youth sports, and serving with his local church.
